Availability

All purchase orders received by RE-VUELA through the Website are subject to the availability of the services, provided that no circumstance or force majeure cause (Clause 15 of these Conditions) affects the supply of the same and/or the provision of services. Prices and Payment Method

The prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (€) and include taxes, except where legal requirements, especially regarding VAT, specify and apply a different rate. However, unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the items offered exclude shipping costs, which may be incurred.

Under no circumstances will the Website add additional costs to the price of a product or service automatically, but only those that the User has selected and chosen voluntarily and freely. Prices may change at any time, but any such changes will not affect orders or purchases with respect to which the User has already received an order confirmation.

RE-VUELA uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. As such, the Website uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.

Credit Cards

Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the bank does not authorize the payment, RE-VUELA will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with the User. Once RE-VUELA receives the purchase order from the User through the Website, a pre-authorization will be made on the corresponding card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The charge to the card will be made when the shipping confirmation and/or service confirmation is sent to the User.

Bank Transfer

Purchase or acquisition orders where the User selects bank transfer as the payment method will be reserved for 5 natural days from order confirmation. With this payment method, the User must ensure they correctly enter the exact amount of the purchase order, as well as the account number and transfer reference. In case of error, RE-VUELA will not be able to validate the order, which will be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery Payment

For cash on delivery payment, the User must select 'Cash on Delivery' among the payment methods on the Website and continue until ______________ to process the purchase order. From that moment, RE-VUELA reserves the right to contact the User in order to validate the purchase order with them. Payment will be made upon delivery of the order by the carrier's delivery person. Payment will be made exclusively in cash. RE-VUELA reserves the right to suspend cash on delivery payment to those Users who have not met the necessary requirements in past orders.

Delivery

In cases where it is necessary to make physical delivery of the contracted good, deliveries will be made within the following territory: Spain (Peninsular and Balearic Islands). Except in cases where there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or, as the case may be, derived from product personalization, the purchase order will be delivered within the period indicated on the Website and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 natural days from the date of order confirmation.

For any reason RE-VUELA cannot meet the delivery date, it will contact the User to inform them of this situation and the User may choose to proceed with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.

If it becomes impossible to deliver the order due to the User's absence, the order could be returned to the warehouse leaving a notice to the User. If 30 days have passed since the order is available for delivery and has not been delivered due to a reason not attributable to RE-VUELA, it will be understood that the User wishes to withdraw from the contract.

Technical Means to Correct Errors

The User is informed that in the event that an error is detected when entering data necessary to process their purchase request on the Website, they may modify it by contacting RE-VUELA. In any case, before clicking "BUY", the User has access to the space, cart, or basket where their purchase requests are recorded and can make modifications.

Returns

Right of Withdrawal

The User, as a consumer and user, makes a purchase on the Website and therefore has the right to withdraw from said purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without justification. This period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the User or an authorized third party acquired physical possession of the goods, or in the case of a service contract, 14 calendar days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise this right, the User must notify RE-VUELA of their decision, for example, through revuela.info@gmail.comYou may use the model withdrawal form found in Annex I.

In case of withdrawal, RE-VUELA will refund the User all payments received using the same payment method. The User shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

As for the services, whether experiences or gift vouchers, they will have a duration of 8 months to be redeemed and once this time has passed, no type of return and refund will be accepted.

The User acknowledges knowing that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal (personalized products, perishable goods, unsealed for hygiene reasons, services fully executed with consent, etc.).

Return of defective products or services or shipping error

This refers to all cases where the User considers that the product or service does not comply with what is stipulated in the contract. The User must contact RE-VUELA immediately. The products will be examined and the User will be informed whether a refund or replacement is appropriate, which will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.

Disclaimer

Unless otherwise provided by law, RE-VUELA shall not accept any liability for:

• Losses not attributable to breach on your part
• Business losses (loss of profit, income, contracts, savings, data, goodwill).
• Indirect loss that was not foreseeable by both parties at the time of the contract.

In general, RE-VUELA shall not be liable for any breach or delay due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, transport problems, government acts, etc.). The obligations shall be suspended during the period in which the force majeure cause continues.

Written Communications and Notifications

The User agrees that most communications with RE-VUELA will be electronic. For contractual purposes, the User consents to using this electronic medium and acknowledges that they comply with the legal requirements of being in writing.

Waiver

No waiver by RE-VUELA of a specific right or legal action shall constitute a waiver of other rights nor shall it exempt the User from fulfilling their obligations.

Nullity

If any of these Conditions were declared null, the rest of the clauses will remain in force.

Complete Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and RE-VUELA regarding the subject of the sale and replace any previous agreement.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

Access, navigation and use of this Website and purchase contracts shall be governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals corresponding to the user's domicile.
